Meet Evan Jones

Author of What To Do If You Don’t Know What To Do

Evan Jones is a high school English teacher and writer. He was inspired to create this book from a profound desire to help students who were struggling with finding their path in life and making that transition easier for those who have already passed through his doors.

Before becoming a teacher, Evan earned a Master of Arts in history from Carleton University in 2015. He has travelled extensively, studying Buddhist practices of awareness and meditation at Wat Samai Kongka, a Buddhist temple and monastery in Koh Pha-Ngan, Thailand. He now teaches full-time and often offers mindfulness courses designed to help young teachers build resilience in the post-COVID teaching world.

Evan now lives in Moncton, New Brunswick. You can follow him on Instagram at @ejones4900

“This book is for the ones who want more than just a job or a paycheck. It’s for those searching for meaning, craving clarity, and wondering what a life built on your terms might look like.”
